TBF 207 When you can’t be humble

Another week in lockdown, welcome to another episode of the Blacksmith’s Furnace with Rob, Pete and Man lyk Mo out here, in this week’s episode we probably had a couple of the best questions for sorry not sorry: Is God the Father humble? and Is there a disobedience of the great commission if pastor’s baptise in the name of Jesus, when Jesus said to baptise in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit!

We then go on to talk about mental health and our interactions with people with mental disabilities, inspired by Rob recently watching a movie that addresses such issues.

For our hookups, Mo suggested staying hydrated, unsurprisingly a lot of us have got out of the habit of drinking enough water during quarantine, but please make sure you do.

Peter suggested checking out a podcast by a psychologist from the Harvard Medical school designed just for these lockdown times it”s called Checking in with Susan David https://www.ted.com/podcasts/checking-in

and Rob suggested a film on Netflix called Miracle in Cell 7 https://www.netflix.com/title/81239779

Rob’s sorry not sorry question was also initially asked by John Piper’s Ask Pastor John, You can hear his response here.
